If your routine involves watching favorite shows, like WatchESPN, on Roku before falling asleep, this scenario could lead to unexpected data consumption and a considerable bill from your provider.
Sleepku presents a straightforward solution to address this concern. It offers a simple tool that enables users to set a timer for their Roku device, preventing unnecessary streaming and data usage.
Imagine you prefer to drift off while enjoying your preferred show(s). Simply launch the Sleepku app, which promptly detects your Roku device. Once identified, choose an appropriate timer duration from options like 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 4 hours.
With the timer set, it will initiate the countdown, allowing your iPhone screen to dim to minimize distractions. Upon completion, Sleepku will halt all streaming on your Roku device and return it to the home screen. Furthermore, depending on your Auto-Lock settings, your iPhone will lock itself post-timer completion.
Important Notes:
<ul>
<li>In order for the countdown timer to operate correctly, the Sleepku app must remain open throughout. Exiting the application or locking the phone screen will result in the timer getting canceled. Notifications are sent in such cases for users to reset the timer accordingly.</li>
